The language combination Bahasa Indonesia – German is unique. Bahasa – German translators are a rare species and our rate of translation is high. English is more common and hence more inexpensive as more experts are available.

The fee for authorized translations is higher and varies if the translation requires certain formatting. Administrative or legal terms often cannot be translated directly as the two administrative and legal systems have two varying sets of administrative or legal jargon and terminology.

The fee of text to be translated varies according to the subject of the text itself. The more field-specific and technical a translation needs to be, that is the more expertise in terminology a translator needs to have acquired, the higher the fee will be.

The fee we offer depends on the level of difficulty. Non – specialized texts without technical terms, field-specific terminology or localization are more economical than authorized translations of identity and legal documents.

We are always happy to prepare a cost estimate in advance of your project in order to assess the expected costs. This gives you full control over the costs, even with express translation orders.

The fee of certified translation services varies according to the urgency (express or regular), type of document (authorized or non-authorized), subject of text and level of difficulty, and the total length of the text to be translated.

The Company bases pricing calculations on the valid Indonesian Tariff for Translations.

Before we provide you with a cost estimate, we will always ask you to share the source text with us. Why? We are not curious people, but we must see the source text to gauge the amount of words, the level of difficulty and the subject-field terminology. We must assess that we have the right skills to craft the best possible translation for you – if we cannot provide a first-class translation, we cannot accept your request.
